My research lies at the intersection of AI, computer vision, computational imaging, and applied mathematics, with applications in medical imaging and Earth observation.

During my PhD (Medical AI & Computational Pathology), I developed AI methods for the analysis of histopathological images, focusing on segmentation, classification, and computational approaches for neglected tropical diseases. This work led to research on computer-aided diagnosis, medical datasets, and AI applications for healthcare. My research focused on developing computational methods for:
